Stretch worked with IGN Entertainment to produce an event in East London’s Troxy Cinema to show gaming fans never-before-seen gameplay footage of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. The event was accompanied by a Live Q&A, which was streamed on the IGN website to the world.

The developers – game’s director Motomu Toriyama and gameplay director Yuji Abe – provided commentary on brand new gameplay footage to the event audience and to the world via satellite stream. This was followed by a Q&A about the new instalment in the series.

Later, the curtains were drawn back for fans to get hands-on with the new game code. 50 games consoles and screens were set up across multiple platforms with soft seating providing an effective environment to get lost in the world of FFXIII.
