The in-mag promotional mechanic invited schools to pitch for Bliss to host their glitzy annual ‘Bliss Prom’ event at their school.
Once selected Stretch was briefed to create a glamorous set of prom events with live music, to showcase Bliss as a cool brand whilst fully integrating sponsors including NSPCC. To build a united creative we chose a ‘secret garden’ theme to incorporate the green NSPCC logo and the purple and pinks of Bliss. A ‘text-to-screen’ mechanic allowed ‘prommers’ to text messages to their friends on the screens, promoting NSPCC’s core message of getting kids to communicate with each other.
Grass was laid throughout the venue and ‘mocktails’ were served from a specially built hedge bar.
After a red-carpet, cocktail soaked entrance, the proms were presented by talent including Liz McClauchlin, Jeff Brazier and Paul Daniels with live music performances from the likes of McFly and Freefaller.
